It started on the streets of South Central Los Angeles — the kind of neighborhoods where the calls never stop and the shifts feel endless.

We didn’t build Ten-Eight from some air-conditioned office. We came up working the busiest, most respected areas in the city. The blocks where you learn real quick what “service” actually means. Where backup isn’t a promise — it’s a mindset. Where the humor stays dark because that’s sometimes the only way to make it through another night.

We saw firsthand the weight that comes with running toward trouble instead of away from it. That’s why we started printing shirts that speak the same language.

No corporate slogans. No watered-down designs. Just premium tees with the kind of dark humor that hits different when you’ve actually lived it — 187 on a pit bull, hooking and booking, dusty patrols turning into off-duty rodeo nights, and everything in between.
