Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.

Return shipping: the buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. In those cases, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different size is to return your item and place a new order.

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
